Personal Lives
Tami and Steve enjoy entertaining family and friends in the comfort of their St. Cloud home. Their favorite pursuits include food, travel, theater and museums. Steve’s latest passion is his performance dog, Enzo, and Tami remains committed to and active in the community and church.

As an experienced agent in the area since 2001, I have managed to generate over 300 home sales and over $30 million in production. I began my Real Estate career as Tami and Steve’s first Buyer’s Agent and became an Executive Sales Associate within 15 months of being licensed. I also became certified by the Graduate REALTOR® Institute in the first year and a half of licensure. Having served for the Minnesota Association of REALTORS® State Professional Standards Review Committee and as a local MLS Board Director I bring professional service, ethical practices and strong industry relationships to my clients. Some of my past experiences that have shaped my outlook include: Building Construction, Education in Community Development and Local Government, Past VP of the Downtown Special Services District Committee for the city of Little Falls, Sales and Sales Management. My current community involvements include: developing sustainable community-based renewable energy projects and active membership in Shriners International (which provides aid to Shriners’ Childrens Hospitals throughout the world).

Chris and Karen Chopp are life-long residents of Central Minnesota (Cold Spring and St.Cloud.) Both have been educators, Karen for 27 years in ROCORI school district and Chris for 20 years in St. Cloud.
As married real estate partners who specialize in buyers, their passion centers around first-time homeowners, and they are enthusiastic about seeing those dreams realized.
